Please note: The “One Drop” is a drop off of supplies. We have an attendant supply, set up, and break down the above listed items. To book this package, you assume responsibility for lighting and tending your own fire. We come and pick it up when you’re done.

Catering
Walton County now considers any food delivered to beach accesses as “catering” which requires special event permitting. We suggest bringing your own food with you to your fire to avoid any last minute changes to your reservation due to permitting issues. PLEASE NOTE: Nothing can be delivered to the access. Please have food delivered to your house and bring it with you, or pick it up on the way to the access. If you are booking a larger event, or are interested in catering, we are happy to provide options and processes. Base price for catering/food delivery is $300 PLUS cost of food and any additional caterer fees.

BOOKING PROCESS VIA ONLINE FORM

3. RECEIVE RESPONSE EMAIL WITH DETAILS TO CONFIRM
A team member will send you an email with all details of your form submission for you to confirm. During peak season (March-October) please allow for 24hr response time. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, please check your SPAM FOLDER as sometimes responses get sent there.
4. CONFIRMATION, CONTRACT, INVOICE
Once you have confirmed all details of your fire with us, we will send our contract of services and invoice. This will come as 2 separate emails. Full payment is due at time of booking. Please sign contract upon receipt. Please pay invoice upon receipt. Both are required to finalize your reservation.
3. THAT'S IT!
Once you've signed your contract and paid your invoice, you are good to go! All details of your fire will be located on your email and listed in your invoice. You will receive a text the day of your fire with all details of your reservation, including address to the access.
